Key West Literary Seminar

No More No Depression

silas sepia.JPGIt's sad news when an interesting, highly specific magazine like No Depression shuts its doors. 2008 New Voice Silas House wrote for this publication concerned with "alternative country (whatever that means)". When Janna Levin heard this she got very excited, as her husband was a devoted reader and it would give her some serious cred that she'd met Silas. We've got a podcast of Silas talking and reading on his own, and in conversation with Lee Smith and Tayari Jones on the Southern voice in writing-whatever that means! Both 'casts are well worth checking out.
