LODGING

The Eden House,

1015 Fleming Street, will serve as conference headquarters and home for our expanded writers' workshop program. The Old Town Manor and the Key West Bed and Breakfast (the Popular House) will provide additional workshop accommodations for those receiving financial assistance. You can book a room at the Eden House directly through us, on a space-available basis, for either session of the Seminar or for the workshops. Priority for space at the Eden House during the workshops will be given to those writers who receive financial assistance. Please use this form

to book a room at the Eden House, as it is not possible to register directly through the Eden House (and if it were, you'd pay more!).

It is also possible that we may have some limited availability at the Old Town Manor and the Key West Bed and Breakfast for registrants during both sessions of the Seminar. If interested, send us an email, telling us what you need. Again, you can not book directly through the hotels, as we've "bought" the house during the Seminar and workshop period.

Many fine Key West hotels, inns and B&Bs offer substantially discounted rates to Seminar and Workshop attendees. Be sure to mention the Seminar when you ask for rates. We encourage you to book early, as only a limited number of rooms have been set aside. It is often possible to save the cost of the Seminar by using the discounted rates. Please be mindful that the 2nd session of the Seminar is being held during the World Regatta (Yachting Race Week (January 18-26)), so rooms will be scarce.

Walk time indicates how far accommodations are from
the San Carlos Institute at 516 Duval Street.
