Fiction is made up of two kinds of writing: fully developed scenes joined together by necessary narration—like a string of beads. Concentrating upon the elements of scene and structure, we will examine techniques to make our stories and novels really “come alive” on the page.
This workshop is for advanced writers. Please submit a sample of your fiction (20 pages max) plus a one-page bio—your life, your writing thus far, and what you’d like to get out of this group. Submissions should be a single file in .doc format with the title “SmithSub_YourName.doc”
