Location: All Seminar events will take place at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater (21 Quay Road, Key West, FL 33040) unless noted. The venue is open-air and the seating area is partially protected from the elements by tents. Receptions are held in additional open-air tents on the grounds of the Amphitheater, unless noted. Workshops locations will be announced at a later date.

The Seminar is held at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater, an open-air venue within Key West’s award-winning Truman Waterfront Park.

Food & Drink: The Seminar registration fee of $825 includes an opening night reception with complimentary food and drink. Additional complimentary food and drink options will be announced at a later date. Food will also be available for purchase onsite from local vendors to be announced at a later date. Members of our Patrons Circle are additionally invited to attend our Patrons Dinner Friday night. See schedule for details.

Literary Walking Tours will be scheduled throughout the week. See schedules and purchase tickets online at kwls.org/tour

Public Sessions: We welcome the general public to attend our Sunday program. See schedule for details.

What if it rains? Our saddlespan and hexadome tents will provide some protection from the elements, however there is still a risk that inclement weather will present conditions that may be uncomfortable for some participants. There are no alternate indoor venues in case of inclement weather. There will be no refunds in case of rain or other weather-related issues.
